Corporate Board Message
Since our foundation, seven years ago, we assumed our position in the market according to demanding requirements, based on the high quality of engineering services rendered for our clients.
At the beginning of each year, by the consolidation of our Strategic Planning, we elect one item that will be our major development goal. Our seventh year, with our relevant growth, was elected like the Renewal Year. Renewal means for us that the organization will prepare Pharmako for facing new and bigger challenges. Renewal that benefits the restructuring to offer the best of each professional. Renewal with the purpose to innovate always, looking for the best solutions using modern engineering together with optimized cost-benefit relationship.
We began the Pharmako restructuring process covering the modern management principles, which brought relevant changes in our organization, with positive impact on the operations efficiency.
We are developing the Quality Assurance department, which will establish flow processes and operations activities, in order to reach the excellence in our services.
This redirect with focus on quality contemplates the set up of our Human Resources Policy, with emphasis on the employee’s development and compensation programs, which will be part of a Career Plan for them.
All the Pharmako areas will be integrated by one ERP system, currently being implemented, which will give more agility and reliability to the information and consequently will increase the management efficiency, both for operations and support areas.
Finally, I do appreciate your visit and invite you to explore this new website version, where we share our experience, showing that our growth follows proportionally our competence.
