The PharmaKo has hired the management consulting services from Cairé, which scope covers the organization structure engineering with focus on the efficiency.
The consulting services promote improvement on the Pharmako engineering project management. According to the PMBoK guidelines, the process flow chart along the project cycles were designed, as well as the organization structure and the gaps related to the management and information distribution were identified.
Then, the standards and operational procedures could be created, besides the existing ones. There was emphasis on the controls for cost, time and quality, including the introducing of performance indicators. In the future, these controls background will allow the improvement identification and introduction for the equipments, processes and employee qualification.
This task is aligned with the ERP system introduction, which is part of Pharmako strategic planning, through the definition of the process workflow and management reports for both the projects and the Company.
According to the human resources point of view, the rights and duties of several people directly or indirectly in charge for the process responsibilities (job descriptions) shall be put together in a list. With special attention to Pharmako current scenario, were established the profile and competences which are requested for the project coordinators, making possible the career development for current employees together with the professional headhunting in the market, depending on the Company growth.
